Chef Jaci Wins Kansas City moves on to Regionals

Chef Jaci Shelby of the Kansas City Louie's Wine Dive recently crushed the hopes and dreams of other local chefs by simply making some Romesco sauce and turning it in to US Foods for their, "Next Top Product Recipe Contest". Chef Jaci is now competing at the regional level representing the CENTRAL REGION (not midwest and no we don't understand why, but that is why the words central and region are in all caps... not because we're yelling! Anyway...) and battling for a chance to compete in Las Vegas at the World Food Competion against seven others with $20,000 in restaurant renovation at stake.
